Every word we speak is a spell
A Week of Gratitude Out Loud
Day 1: Write your gratitude as normal. When you are done read it out loud feeling your gratitude vibrate through your chest and mouth.
Day 2: Call a friend and tell them what you appreciate about them.
Day 3: Tell a service worker thank you. Look them in the eyes first and make sure you really mean it.
Day 4: When you get out of the shower say out loud one thing you are grateful for about your body.
Day 5: Tell a colleague something you are grateful for about them.
Day 6: As you lay in bed say aloud something you are grateful for.
Day 7: Tell someone that you love one thing you appreciate about them. Speak from the heart.
Every word we speak is a spell.
