Never finish the list.
Let Me Count the Ways
Love, like gratitude, is a practice. Every day, every moment is another opportunity to experience and communicate love. Just because we love someone doesn’t mean the act of love is set in stone. We reaffirm it with our thoughts, beliefs and actions every day. And just like it is important to write down what we are grateful for it is also important to write down what we love about someone. Really there is no difference.
This week I challenge you to write a love/gratitude list about someone you love. Write their name at the top of the page and then start writing down all the different things you love about them and all the things you are grateful for about them.
Keep adding to it.
Never finish the list.
The greatest thing we can do is to help somebody know that they are loved and capable of loving.
~Fred Rogers
List all the things you are grateful for about someone you love. Never finish the list.
