What Are You Welcoming into Your Life?

Yes. This is what I want more of.

Please, Come In

I like to think of my gratitude practice as a list of what I'd like to see more of in my life.  By saying "thank you for being here" I am also saying "thank you, come again".

And it feels like it works because the more I practice gratitude the more I have to be grateful for. It's not like the same things return in abundance. Just because I am grateful for the moon, two moons don't rise the next day. But I notice the moon more. I appreciate the moon more. And I am grateful for the stars and my eyesight and so many other things too.

It seems there is always more and more and more that I am grateful for. More deep noticing. More appreciation. Take a moment to appreciate all the little things in your life each day and do it again tomorrow and the following day too. And you too will experience abundance.
