Kick your heels up. Sink into the gratitude that only relaxation brings.
We All Deserve a Rest
Give yourself the gift of relaxation. Because you need it. Because the world needs it. Take the time that you can whether that is a long weekend or a lingering cup of tea. Do what you can to really sink into that relaxation. Feel your muscles go from tight to at ease. Feel your perspective shift. Notice your breathing. Notice the beauty in things all around you that you have been missing.
Enjoy yourself. And if gratitude emerges welcome it. And if it doesn't welcome that too. The important thing is to give yourself the gift of relaxation and remember that you can always return to this state even if you only have a moment.
The more relaxed you are, the better you are at everything: the better you are with your loved ones, the better you are with your enemies, the better you are at your job, the better you are with yourself.
~Bill Murray
